Cat Hatch is an idle pet game where you tap an egg on your screen to hatch adorable (and increasingly strange) cats. Build up a collection of feline friends, and put them to work helping you tap the egg even faster!

About Cat Hatch

Cat Hatch is my first commercial game release. It serves as both a test of my custom game engine and a chance to gain real-world experience with app store releases.

The game was designed to be simple and is based entirely on the tech stack used for OlderQuest. The voxel art style and asset creation pipeline is lifted line for line from OlderQuest.

I have learned lots about project management from working on this small game, something that will definitely come in useful when I start work on even larger projects!
